Farini Venezia was born following the acquisition of a historic venetian bakery named Carlon.

파리니 베네치아는 카를론이라는 역사적인 베네치아 베이커리를 인수한 후 탄생했다.

After many years of business, the bakery was closing its doors and the decision was made to carry on the tradition of baking at this site under a new name, Farini.

​

수년간의 사업 끝에 베이커리는 문을 닫고 있었고 파리니라는 새로운 이름으로 이 현장에서 베이킹의 전통을 이어가기로 결정했다.

The original bakery is situated in Venice near Rialto bridge, adjacent to the famous fish market.

원래의 빵집은 유명한 생선 시장에 인접한 리알토 다리 근처의 베니스에 위치해 있다.

The building dates from the 1300’s and was originally an orphanage, from our research we know that it became a bakery in the late 1800’s.

​

그 건물은 1300년대에 지어졌으며 원래 고아원이었다. 우리의 조사에 따르면 1800년대 후반에 빵집이 된 것으로 알고 있다.
